James and Sarah Mort have over 25 years experience each in the property industry in Australia. In 2006 they established Mi Corp Property, based at Mission Beach in Far North Queensland. James’ career in property development has specialised in construction and design in the Melbourne property market. Sarah is a qualified Town Planner working many years as a Project Manager in the property industry based in Sydney.

With their complementary skills and extensive experience in property development they saw this as an ideal opportunity to be part of the sea-change phenomena and head north and develop projects that they could both express their passion for the Australian outdoor beach lifestyle in the tropics.
